Default I think this is the power steering pump

ok so as some of you know since i have got ma replacement engine from aamco i've had a few problems, one of them i had to replace a water pump gasket that was made out of paper.... the engine is suppose to have 63k miles on it but i don't know. when i first got the car back i noticed that when i tried to parallel park it was getting a bit hard to turn the wheel, now there is some weird noise coming from that area it gets even louder when i turn the steering wheel, i think its the steering pump but i like to get second opinions so i made a vid, what do you guys think?
