HVAC Blower problem
HVAC blower stopped running for all settings. Replaced resistor, but that didn't solve the issue. Blower motor tested OK when 12 volts were applied. Disconnected wires going to motor and checked voltage at red wire going to resistor with 12 volts present with the ignition switch on. 12 volts were present at red wire coming to resistor but dropped to 0-2 volts when test light was touched to red wire terminal. It also did this with the climate control disconnected. Fuses seemed to test OK. Any ideas?
