How to force AC on
I've learned the votage to the AC clutch is 12 volts. I hooked up my AC gauges, started the car max AC fan high and ran a jumper wire to the compressor and the clutch kicked on. So I had to add 2 pounds of freon(gott'a have a leak) and my air got ice cold and my engine cooling fans came on. I pulled the jumper wire and the clutch released. I bypassed the ac pressure sensor and still no AC clutch on. I'll mess with the relays tomorrow.
Do all the checks I've done to my AC system then if all check ok it could be you AC controll modual. I went to autozone and they "kindly" installed another modual and my AC compressor kicked on. A new modual is 57.00. I went to my salvage yard and for 5.00 i have another modual. The modual is located under the dash just to the right of the emergency brake mechanism.......Tom

Thanks Tom but there has to be more of a problem, I tried the defrost and the compressor and clutch kicked on so when i turned it to the A/C that started to work. Well thought I would put more refrigerant in so when i took the airbox and and hose off the throttle body the damn thing wouldn't work, hooked everything back up and it worked. Weird.
So you're good to go? Everthing works? When you put on the defroster the clutch will engage. It's suppost to. Taking off the airbox and inlet hose has no value at all unless you removed the air temp sensor lead so maybe there is a loose wire or ground somewhere.
Ok what if you unplug the ac pressure sensor and then ac light goes out and won't come back on until you plug wire back on to ac pressure sensor
