Default High idle, not shifting.

Alright so on saturday night I went to start my car, and it would turn over, try to start, but it just wasn't happening. Give it some gas, it starts but idles real rough, so I'm thinking fuel pump.

Checked fuel pressure, all good there so I replace the IAC, that doesn't work so I replace the TPS. The TPS allows the car to start, but it's idling high and now it won't shift. My next step is the MAF or PCM. Any thoughts or other suggestions?
