Hesitation at 2000-2500rpm!!

Default Hesitation at 2000-2500rpm!!
2000 Monte SS, gets to around 2000-2500rpm and starts kicking and bucking. But you just got to hold the gas pedal just right or it will not do it. Any ideas?? Tranny, TPS, MAF, bad fuel filter?? When you get passed 2500, or under 2000rpm it doesnt have an issue! Thx
