Had the same issue with high beam out fast blinker. It was the ground wire from the previous post. Thanks a lot. I doubt the local mechanics would have found it so quickly.

Amazing, I had the same problem. My ground wire wasn’t loose or broke. I snipped the connector off, crimped on a new one, and bolted it back on. Fixed everything. Thanks everyone!

Talking Fast blinkers

This is the best forum around. Had this same problem repaired the ground and all my demons are gone thanks guys.

I Had the same thing happen to my 04 Monte Carlo after changing fuses, and many other things I finally decided that I would change my high beam bulb again. Well one of the ground wire on the driver side headlight was not in the end all the way (the wires bolted to the fender). I clipped the end, put a new $.02 wire end on, then took out the bolt and the old end,put the wire with new end on, then bolted it back up. Fixed everything right up. No more blinkers on crack, or headlight high beam messages.
