all wires going to starter are on, tight and double checked.....that other forum helped little, didnt even think to check other fuse box.................nope all good, dammit.

Did you try to start in neutral ? Is the shifter all the way in park?
It maybe a neutral safety switch problem ?

The plug you pictured is for the washer fluid pump which is obviously non-existant by looking at your photo. Your problem could be the VATS. Try using the spare key if its in any better condition. If that doesnt help check out this site:
