Default Help needed ASAP, NO lights.

As the title states i have no functionality from my headlights aside from the turn signals. The DRL's come on when they choose and when they do there is a click from the dash and all the interior lights get brighter. I have no high nor low beams no matter i try, the only way i can get lights on is if i hold my "flash " highs on. Ive replaced all the fuses and relays that directly correlate with the headlamps and ive replaced the multifunction switch, hazzard switch, and the dimmer/fog switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

my first thought would be changing the multifunction switch, but you said that you already did this, which would in turn lead me to check and make sure the wires are connected correctly. If there is a bad ground or a wire that is touching it would cause this issue

I checked all the wires under the dash, none are cut or grounding themselves. I cleaned all the engine bay grounds and cleaned up the connections to the lights themselves. Still not working, how would i tell if its the BCM acting up?

Here is a link to a post that has a you tube video on how to reprogram the bcm, from the feedback of other members it works, so it may be worth you giving it shot
