Help ASAP regarding Supercharger
Hi all, I dont have too much time to introduce myself right now, but I've wandered around this forum as a guest for a bit. Great forum let me say! I own an '04 Monte SS supercharged. So here's my problem,
Today I changed the supercharger oil myself, it probably had never been changed my car has about 112 000kms on it. Anyways oil was dark and very smelly... So I siphoned the oil out using a cheap dollar store new spray bottle, similar to this picture.
And the cheap *** bottom part of the tube (circular small piece), broke off into it... Now the new oil is contaminated... I dont want to mess up anything internally in the SC, the coupler, any gears, or breakdown the oil etc... I have started the car twice since, to see if the plastic would float to the top of the orifice and nothing. How detrimental is this to my SC and what action should I take ??? I could have sworn I heard a little ping/knock when I started twice...
Thank you guys and I look forward to posting more and learning more.

If you really wanted to, you could remove the snout without removing the supercharger from the intake. You can get more oil out that way too, plus maybe even change the coupler inside (tho it probably doesn't really need changing yet). You spill a little oil that will be hard to clean up, but other wise the job is easy. Something like 8 or nine bolts. ATV will seal it back up fine.
