15 Codes? That is a lot. As Bumpin asked, do you know if they all popped up about the same time (which could suggest something in common) or were they neglected and just kept stacking up?

You mentioned that it was misfiring on coil pack 3 & 6, when you replaced it, did the misfire go away? Maybe the ignition control module is bad at that coil? If a junkyard is nearby, try to get one off a car with the same 3.8L as your Monte and try it out. I had the same problem and a good percentage of the time it's that module that goes bad.

For what it's worth - I just had the same issue with my 2003 SS. Turned out to be the ignition system. The shop replaced the ignition module, cam sensor, and coils. That fixed it and no more hesitation.

That's awesome! Good to see that the issue went away after replacing those components.
