heater problems.....

my heater in my 1986 Monte Carlo SS doesnt work, it blows out air but doesnt get warm. Does anyone have any idea on what I can look for to try and fix my problem......Thanks

Heater core bypassed or its plugged and isnt circulating or the thermostat is stuck open and not allowing the coolant to warm up.
