1998 sable gs low on heat even with the engine nice and toasty warm was just at the mechanics he plugged a few holes in the radiator claimed it should be fixed it works better but not well at all and my dad knows him so a white lie is out of the question on this. now is a heater core flush the same as a coolant flush? that maybe be the best fix

has he ever done a thermostat? usually ford's have damn good heat, my ranger's like an oven within 3-5 minutes.
