Default grinding during hard left turn.

I went to do a u-turn in a parking lot yesterday, and noticed a grinding sound coming from the passenger side front wheel. Doesn't appear to be anything jammed in there anywhere (at least that I can see upon visual inspection). Otherwise everything's been working well. Oh, and I tried a u-turn again later and got the same result. If I turn hard right I don't get the grinding sound. The wheel has to be turned about as far left as it can go in order for the sound to happen.

Anyone have any ideas as to what i should be expecting to fix for this?
I was going to take it in for a transmission fluid change tomorrow before work, and will probably ask them to take a look at it while it's in the garage.

Thanks,

Riggs.
