I was having the same problem as many other users are having. My turn signals work and stop or don't work at all. With the information I found on this forum, i found out that this was caused by a bad hazad flasher switch. When i was trying to find a replacement on the internet i found this article. http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news0...er_recall.html Although MCs arent covered in the recall, i hope that from all the malfunctioning cars i have heard about...they soon will be. If not a replacement is only about $30-35. Hope this info helps anyone out there.

 

This has come up before and is not a new problem. I am sure that it will end up in the same bucket as the ISS problem.

The switch is not under recall. It has a "special policy adjustment" on it, which means that GM has extended the warranty on the switch on certain models. Sorry to disappoint.
