Default fuses

hey everyone im in of some tech help
im looking to install glow shift gauges in my 2006 Monte Carlo SS
what i need is a fuse to turns on and off using the key.
can someone tell me what fuse can do this in the 2006 or 2007 Monte Carlo SS
i had tested most of them and it seems they always have power...

In the passenger kick panel fusebox. RAP fuse. "Retained Accessory Power", that thing where the accessories stay on until you open the door. If your current draw is high you should use the RAP for a relay.

I tapped it for a dash camera. Worked fine.
