Default Fuel Leak on injector rail

Ok folks you have helped me before and I thought the problem was resolved..... I was having a missfire on the # 3 cylinder did what every one said to do no luck.. Changed the fuel injectors and bingo problem solved .. Today the wife said the service light came on did a check and the same problem # 3 cylinder... After inspecting the car I notice a fuel leak comming from the connector going to the rail... The gas seems to sit around the #3 cylinder in the front of the motor ... Im am thinking it is causing a problem with the gas sitting there ... How do you replace or repair the connector that go to the front of the motor and on the injector rail ... Is there a repair kit or do I need to replace the whole fuel line ... Also is the connector in the front of the motor a return line .... Thanks again for all the great things this site does for folks like me !!!!!!

Bad o-rings, they sell them just about anywhere. Remove the rail, pull the injector out, smell like fuel for a couple hours, replace o-ring and then put it back. But I doubt that would cause a misfire. Unless the injector isn't seated all the way in the head/intake.

It is actualy the fuel line conector that connects to the fuel injector rail ... There are 2 connectors on the rail this is the one thats in front of the motor ... I think it is the the return line

They sell replacements that you can heat shrink back in at your local parts store. Just ask for one. It's pretty simple to do, can be done with a lighter but a torch is preferred.
