Default Frustrating water leaks

Looking for some opninions and advice. My 2002 SS has 2 very annoying water leaks. The car is in excellent condition, no rust but if it rains really hard, my sunroof leaks as well as a leak around the trunk lid somewhere. The leak around the sunroof drips inside the car through the direction/outside temperature display thingy above my rear view mirror. The trunk leaks on the passengers side, closest to my strut mount. The rubber seals on both areas looks to be in good condition, no tears and no rubber rot. I can wash the car without it leaking, just when it rains really hard for a long period of time.

Any ideas of common spots to check or common problem areas would be greatly appreciated

There are two drains in each of the front corners. When you open the doors you will see a rubber tube on each side of the car near the hindges which is where the water drains out. Open the sunroof and dump some water in the back tray and see if it drains down the holes and out by the doors. If not try using some wire to unplug the drain. Also check the windsheild seal for leaks.
