It only happens when you start driving. Turn down your radio and turn off your heater/ac so you can hear and "feel" the rumbling from underneath your floor board and then you will know. Also, another way for you to know is if you make a hard right or left turn (with a little to no water on the ground) and your traction control kicks on hard. So hard, it kinda stops your car in mid traffic, so be careful.

What I did before I repaired my hub was remembered to turn the traction off (just in case it wanted to come on all of a sudden) so I won't have an accident.
