Default Front speaker swap ?

Hi all , this is my first request for your help . Hope I'm in right category ? I recently purchased a 2001 Monte Carlo SS Limited Edition . Turns out the front left speaker is not working . My question is , do I really have to remove the entire door panel or is it at all possible to just gently pry the speaker cover off & then glue it back in place when finished ? The car is in amazingly good shape & I'm afraid of damaging other things involved in the door I have a manual & it looks a little complicated .Thanks to any that can offer me a little advise

ya i know how ya feel. its sketchy to do it at first. its the only way though cus the only way to take the grill off is by removing the door panel and drilling out the plastic rivets that hold it on
