On my 1987 Monte Ls, i have 12.3 volts coming to my front parking lights on both sides when i turn the light switch on, the light itself will not come on on either side, i have replaced both light bulbs with a bunch of other lights i had around the garage including new ones. If i have voltage going to the they should come on but for some reason they dont, when i turn the light switch off i lose voltage. Im stunned on this one, someone please help!
