Ok so there is enough power steering fluid in the reservoir, the color is kind of dark, and there is no leak on the driveway.

The car runs great on the road but when it comes to parking, it's not that easy to turn the steering wheel.

Should I flush the steering wheel fluid before starting to look at possible pump issues? Or does this fluid is supposed to last? Car is now 13 years old...
