Id probably start with the easy thing and pop the belt off and give it a start (just for a few seconds as the water pump won't be running).
If its still ticking, I'd pop the valve covers next and give all of the rockers / pushrods a wiggle test.

yesterday i popped the supercharger belt off and heard it still heard it i was figuring maybe i should try that, sucks because i just got it back after 3 different mechanics working on my car i had water pump replaced, lifters, what ever a headset is too
Yeah, I'd at least try the accessory belt too. Definitely a long shot as most of that stuff shouldn't tick, but at least you'd eliminate all of the accessories in just a few minutes of testing.
Id bet you're going to be pulling the valve covers though. Hopefully a rocker bolt just loosened up or something.
