Default Engine Compartment Size

Is the body, or, more importantly, the area under the hood, for the MC SS and MC LS the same? I have a 2001 Monte LS, and am thinking about switching it up for a 3800 supercharged engine when I'm ready to redo that area.

I am with MonteLS..... They should be identical.

Does the LS have the aluminum engine cradle that comes with the 3.8L?
