Cool Dual Climate Zone issues

Ok I cant figure this out, maybe someone can help. Its a 03 Monte SS. The passenger side blows out ice cold with the AC on but the driver side blows out warm....Say after about 20 mins of driving, the driver side will finally get cold.....Its driving me a little nuts. Ive had the issue before, it was actually the climate control switch...So i replaced it....So i thought ok thats what happen again...Well i tried 3 different ones and still the driverside will blow luke warm then after 20 mins it will get cold. Any ideas? Does the car have two blend doors being its dual climate? Any answers will be appreciated. Thanks!!!!!

I don't use the A/C much in my Monte, but I have noticed the same issue with mine. Someone I knew had a GM truck/suv with dual climate and a similiar issue. He thought one of the actuators for the climate control was bad. Before buying the part, he found some info on a web forum to "recalibrate" the actuators.

He sadly does not recall the steps, but it did work for him. I'm wondering if the Monte may require a similiar re-calibration....

Thoughts anyone??

I did a little more research and few people just reclibrated the actuator and that worked for them. I'm going to give this a try when I get home. Hopefully it works!!!

Sounds good. What steps did you find to attempt re-calibrating the actuators?

The procedure I found was. Turn car off, remove HVAC Module fuse....Wait 60 seconds, plug fuse back in, wait another 60 seconds w/out touching the controls.....Well it did work...but after about 30-45 seconds of blowing cold, it goes back to luke warm So i'll just close my vents and point the passenger vents onto me LOL
