Dash vent louvers stuck
I tried searching the forums but found nothing. The vertical louvers in my
dashboard vents are stuck. They lean a little like they are out of alignment.
Is there a simple fix for this? This is a 2003 Monte Carlo SS...

A lot of times when that happens, it's because the tiny pegs used to hold them into their control guides are broken.
But, you can replace the vents (and not the entire dash piece). Takes sourcing the vents, time and the right epoxy. I had to replace on on my car (and many told me it could not be done, but I did it and you can't tell I did).
