Making a set of 6th gen Louvers, have the cut out n mock up for the sides so far.... Gonna look cool (I think) .... anyone else ever done this ?

Think I'm gonna make them out of 16 or 18 ga steel, then paint them Satin Black....

 

Is that installed on the car ? Hard to tell in the picture... If so, I Love it... Where did you get it ? Or did you make it?

If you know of any existing that will fit the rear window ? Wonder if the mid 80s Camaro one would fit ?...hmmmmm

 

Good idea. Might want to go with a lighter gauge though depending on what kind of metal working equipment you have plus to save some weight.

Going to be a sick mod.... Will watch your progress. Might have to look into having some made here locally as they do add a sinister look to your Monte's appearance. Pretty B.A.

 

When all is said n done, my Monte will look VERY different then any other, with the front splitter, low sport package, the Xenon Spoiler with NASCAR brackets, the GPS, in dash clock, tinted front lights, tinted rear tail lights, Side Louvers, Possibly Rear louvers, lowered, Pontiac Side Mirrors, etc... Should look good... BUT I do not want it to look like a "Ricer" from "Fast n Furious"...lol.... I'm not painting it all wild n stuff, just Gloss Black, (low sport will be a Satin black, as well as the splitter n rear spoiler)....... Red High Lights....lol....
