Default Cooling fan issues

Ok,got a little problem with the `98. Noticed yesterday after the oil and filter change, fuel filter change and the K&N filter install that the cooling fans didn`t come on. I had road tested the car for about half hour and was idling in the driveway. Temp gauge went a little over half scale and no fans. The `97`s fans come on a lot sooner. Looking in the Haynes manual I`m thinking the trouble might be with those 2 fan relays. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Hi Robert,
The best way I know to see `if the fans are kick'in in to
let & run with your AC on for approximately 15 minutes.
Your fans should kick `in & run.
If they don't I would check your relays.
We have several member's that are expert tech's
and hopefully they will read your post & reply.
Below is a previous thread on Cooling systems,
and electric fans. Hope it helps.
If yours isn't heating `up, I wouldn't worry about it,
but it always pays to keep an eye on gauges : )
Good Luck, `Space
