I have a haynes manual and traced the wiring schematic. Usually if a system has relays in it I go for those first as they take a hit after years of use. I went for thr Fan1 relay because it controls both fans. Hope this helps you out.

Well it turns out i checked out all the relays and they are all good... turns out i poped the plugs and the secondary fan works but the primary is a no go so im guessing the motor?

If you have power to the fan`s plug then it`s the fan motor itself.

I think it depends on the air temp with the A/C. If you go to MAX the secondary will cut in but the primary will not till the engine temp gets on up there a ways.
