Default Clicking / ticking sound

I have a 2000 Monte Carlo and when I get up to 45mph or greater, I have a clicking / ticking sound coming from the right front. If my radio is off or down low I can hear it. If the windows are down or the radio up, it cannot be heard. I can feel a vibration from that corner, but not in the steering wheel. Car does not pull either.

SVS light is on as well, has been for a while.

Could this be a wheel bearing going bad or what?

With how common they are, it is possible. If you can jack the car up and try to rock the tires back and forth, if they have play the hub could be going bad.
