Anyone have suggestions. I have a 2004 Monte Carlo SS with 50,000 miles. My check engine light is on and I took it to Advance Auto Parts. They came back with 02 Sensor 1. I didn't get the exact code. Also, my other dummy lights come on to like my trac light, oil light, brake light, etc. I had the alternator checked too and it was fine. It does it more so when I accelerate heavier. Any thoughts?

 

Take it back and get the code. Mine was throwing an PO420 code which is for a catalytic converter. They told me o2 Sensor Bank 1. WRONG. It was the cat.
With all those other lights coming on, maybe you have a short somewhere (?)
