Default check engine

My check engine light comes on now after installing K and N cold intake. Any idea on how to solve this?

mine's the exact same way right now...i think its just the cold weather right now...i'm gonna wait till spring and see when it warms up whether or not the check engine light is still on..

if it doesn't work then i'll try what mickey told me to do and disconnect the negative battery cable for an hour and hope that it resets all the codes and adjusts to the cold air intake being there

i think thats just the luck we have having all the cold weather up here in ontario ...and i bet your a LOT colder up where you are then me

Hard to say without reading the code(s)... did you accidentally leave something unplugged?

Get it checked at Autozone or get a scanner for about $100. My light comes on frequently, but it is from the HiFlow Cat I have on causing the rear O2 sensor to freak... getting the code pulled out on my next reprogram.
