Default Cathy Gallegos

My daughter gave me 2005 Monte but needs tie rod motor mounds possibly ball joints and CV joints can these parts be taken off and used from a 2006 Impala

Most likely some and some not? But there is probably going to be similar wear in both cars so there would be no advantage in switching them out.
Many have bushings of rubber and that material will deteriorate with age.
If you can go to the Rockauto page and look them up there you might be able to find a cross reference to match them up.
