Some things to check out on this issue hit the link.
not sure what you have meant by everything,
But did you replace the sway bar bushings?
what about the engine mounts at the front? Thats the black arms that attach the engine to the front support.

front and lower engine mounts.
Sometimes it can just be a loose bolt or one that hasn't been properly torqued to specs.
I once helped a friend of mine with this and we jacked it up put it on jack stands and then checked everything till we found it. in his case it was the struts that were bad.

By "subframe bolts and bushings" you mean the engine cradle? I had a thunking noise that the dealer said was cradle mounts (out of warranty). I decided to live with it but it went away on its own somehow. (?) So no help there.

Years ago, I started hearing a noise from the passenger side that might match what you hear and was told I needed new struts and/or bearing, but the tires weren't wearing abnormally. It went away when I replaced the battery! From talking to a mechanic, he theorized the brace over the battery was either loose or had some kind of tension in it that released when removed. If you haven't done anything to the braces and strut tower brace, one could be loose.
