Default Bright Lights Not Staying On

I have a 2002 SS Pace Car. No matter if the headlight switch is pulled out for headlights, or if it is pushed in. I can pull the turn signal lever and the brights come on, but when i let go they will not stay on anytime night or day. I have looked over everything I can find. Could the lever be broken??? Any info would be helpful.

I forgot to mention, There is no click either. Just pulls and then goes back when it is let go. I am guessing it could be a broken switch. If this is the case does anybody know how hard it is to replace????

I have read through those, but I do not think that is my issue. If I turn on the headlights, the low beams work fine. If I turn them off the bright lights dimmed down for running work fine. If I pull the turn signal lever the brights come on just fine. Just will not stay on when lever is let go. I am really starting to think it is a lever issue

It's most definitely just a problem with the lever

How hard is the lever to replace. I would want to do it myself to save money, but not sure if this is somthing easy enough for me to do myself.
