Default Which brake pad?

Price aside, which kind of pad would you choose out of: semi-metallic, ceramic, kevlar or carbon ceramic?

I like Ceramic pads. They seem to be decently priced, lower dust, and not as noisy.

I like semi, OEM spec. Note I don't have fancy wheels or brake components to show off, so a bit of extra dust I could care less about.
