Default Blinker and light issues

Hi Im new here and hoping someone may be able to shed some light on some issues Im having. I have an 04 Intimidator and Im having issues with lights and blinkers. There are many variables so I'll try to be as detailed as possible.

When you first start the car, the blinkers work normally.
When you put the car in gear, the blinkers blink fast and the high beam out display comes on. (Im thinking it has something to do with the daytime running lights coming on?)
Now, if its dark and the headlights come on, the blinkers blink fast. And if I try to turn on the lower driving lights, the blinkers do not blink at all, instead they are dimly lit on the dash, and outside.

I have already cleaned a ground on the top of the radiator support behind the drivers headlight, and another two on the top of the drivers and passengers side frame rails. Are there anymore under the engine compartment that may need to be cleaned? Or anywhere else that may be light circuit related?

I've also installed a new hazard switch and a new multifunction switch and none of the things I've done have helped at all.

I've read it may be a BCM, but would hate to spend the money at a dealership to have it installed and flashed if there may be something else I may be missing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

No one has experienced this type of problem before? I have even changed all my bulbs and checked all the sockets and it still has not fixed the issue.
Any suggestions? Anyone?

I found this on BCM information

Problem: I’m experiencing seemingly unrelated electrical problems in the vehicle. This can manifest and power locks that don’t work, parasitic draws that kill your battery while you are away from the car, a radio and instrument cluster that won’t turn off. Problem may be exacerbated by high temperatures
Cause: Bad BCM
Solution: Replace BCM (need to find a shop that has a Tech 2 to program the new BCM to match the vehicle). Do not purchase a used BCM, these are programmable once and cannot be used in another vehicle easily.
Prevention: Avoid jump starting the vehicle as this might kill the BCM

This could be what is causing your issue. My first guess would have been hazard switch or multi function switch but you have stated that you have already replaced them. It could be that one of the wires on the multifunction switch didn't get connected properly or is shorting out, but again if you changed it, you would have seen the problem at that time.
