My 96 Monte Carlo z34 is making a noise during start up. I went and got it tested they are saying they starter is bad. Right now, I can't get the brand new one and have to rely on junkyard until funds get better. I called my junkyard for an interchange, but their computer was down. I was wondering if anyone might know if starter from 93 Buick Park Avenue will work because I went the other junkyard site and they list inventories. They gave me a 97 Buick Lasbere w/o supercharger.

We are wondering what we can do because I have to get in this weekend, so I have the car this week for work.

I know the ideal would be a new starter, but money is tight and I had to drop all my car projects do that.
