95 obd ?

Default 95 obd ?

does anyone know if the 95 is the version 1 or 2 my plug in box under the dash has obd ver 1 connector but the pins are not the same as the one i had in my caviler

Technically the 95s are OBD 1.5. Doesnt have the tunability of OBDII but it still has a MAF sensor.

is it possible to get the trouble codes out of it without buying a scanner

I know with my OBD1 car, I get a piece of wire and put each end in a connector under the dash. The CEL blinks long, then short to give you the code. For instance, two long blinks and four short blinks is a code 24.

Isn't the 95 the only model withOUT the MAF sensor??

I know for sure the Z34s have a MAF. I dont know about the LS models tho.
