The A/C and primary and secondary cooling fans don't work on my 95 Monte Carlo. I've checked the fuses, checked three relays, checked coolant sensor, changed the PCM and verified continuity between PCM to relays to fans to battery. Fans work fine when hot wired. What else could it be?
