Info: 92 Monte Carlo fuel gauge not working how can I fix it
I have a 96 Monte the gas gauge is not working I do not know how much gas is in here one minute it's at full next minute it goes to empty and then it goes to the middle how do I check what the problem is

If it's a 95 or newer, there may be an issue with the level sensor, which is in the fuel tank. It could be an issue with the gauge cluster, but that's a bit less likely.
You should know about how many miles you get out of a tank. Just fill up the gas tank and always fill up when you reach a certain mileage, or drop the gas tank and change the part.
