2006 Monte Carlo Service Battery Charging System
I was working on installing some headrest monitors and ran my battery partially down. It was able to start but at the moment the service battery charging system is coming up on the dash. I checking the battery while it was running and it was putting out 13.5 volts. Thanks for any info.
I WOULD RECOMMEND...
Once the battery is back at full charge...
Try to Disconnect the battery for 5 mins to reset the computer...
Then reconnect it and see if the light/message disappears...
Or, go to your local auto parts and see if theres an issue...if not//Then just have them clear the code..
