3.9 has2 more hp but has 30 less torque and u can do way more to the 3.8 sc to make it faster i like the sc better and its special edition

 

Yup, 242hp for the 3900 and a great exhaust note even in stock trim. But I have agree with 04superjr, there aren't any mods for that engine because of it's limited production. I would prefer to have the SC 3.8 instead. Nonetheless, they are still really nice cars.
