Default 2006 LT Electrical Issues

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting so excuse me if I miss anything that will help in diagnosing these issues:

Last year I installed a new stereo in my car. I bought the kit with the box that allowed for steering wheel controls as well as the chimes for low gas, alarms etc. a few months later I had an after market keyless entry installed (bought the car used [repo] and it didn't come with the keyless entry pads).

A month or so later my battery was dead. I figured it was 5-6 years old and just replaced it. 6 months later the new battery was dead. Battery was down to ~2.5 volts. Walmart charged it back up and when I got home I noticed the dome light was not turning off. I pulled the fuse and left it out for a week to see if that was the battery drain. I also had the stereo shop install a new stereo and chime box (cheap stereo I had out in had many issues including stopping working unless I pulled the fuse and put it back in---it never blew).

I brought my car to an electrical shop who informed me the keyless entry was not allowing the computer to go into hibernation mode. I then had the stereo shop remove the keyless entry. I replaced the fuse to the dome light and it still stays on. Removed fuse again.

Now, the right front blinker is not flashing (not burned out but I replaced it anyway) but the right rear blinker is still working.

I have also noticed a couple times the stereo stays on after opening the door after shutting the car off. The headlights also seem to stay on a little longer after locking the doors and gettin out.

Any suggestions on steps to take to track down the problem(s) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
