2004 3.8 v6 monte carlo ss stalling
Hey what's going on everyone, I've been having some issues with my monte carlo where the rpm's kept jumping and random stuff but as far as I know I fixed that but now I drove it for over an hour with no problems but when I was about to park it it just stalled with no warning and every time I crank it over it just stalls if I don't give it any gas. I just got the fuel filter, IAC valve, spark plugs and the ignition cables replaced I checked the MAF sensor and that looked fine and I also cleaned the throttle body the best that I could and now I'm at a loss what it could be I'm planning on changing the camshaft position sensor but that all that I know
P0171 code blinking CAT
Freeze frame data
Fuel system 1 CL
Fuel system 2 NA
Calc LOAD % 1.5
Ect (°f) 208
STFT B1 % 16.4
MAP (inHg) 8.2
ENG RPM 743
MAF (lb/min) 0.373
TSP % .3
Please help I'm still new at working on cars

The P0171 code could be suggesting an issue with the o2 sensor.
This code is triggered by the first downstream (front) O2 sensor.
The sensor provides a reading of the air:fuel
ratio leaving the engine's cylinders,
and the vehicles powertrain/engine control module (PCM/ECM) uses that reading and adjusts to keep the engine running at that optimum ratio of 14.7:1.
If something is not right and the PCM cannot maintain the 14.7:1 ratio, but rather there is too much air, it triggers this code.

Things to consider; your CAT is actually Bad, O2 sensor (Bank 1) is bad. 02 sensor (Bank 2) is bad. Bank 1 is before the cat. Bank 2 is after the cat.
I have had a bad MAS, but it cause a cat code to come up. Also, a bad MAS could cause the car to stall and yet not throw any code at all. Mine would stall when the motor reached normal operating temperature. And would not run until engine Temp dropped 15°. I thought it was my Camshaft position sensor, had it replaced and was very disappointed when that didn't fix the problem. The car Died on me on my way home from work, just as a Blizzard started, 2 miles from my home. I took it to the shop and that was a good thing. I would not have suspected it was the MAS.
But I recommend replacing your FRONT O2 sensor first. Or at least having your O2 system checked. It would be the least expensive to replace. The rear O2 sensor will throw a code but will not change your cars performance. The front O2 sensor will make the car run in a closed loop. All I know about that is that it's not good.
To check your cat, drive the car until it is at normal operating temperature ( N.O.T.) then park it and let it run for a min or 2. Look at your cat from the passenger side, it's easier to see. Don't touch it cause it will be very Hot! If it is clogged it will be red Hot.
I hope this is a help!
