Default 2004 3.8 as supercharger

So, my car ran outta gas..... I put gas in it and it died about 15 minutes later. Had it towed home. Changed fuel pump. Ran it for awhile and took it home.... car died..had it towed home... took it to my mechanic. No codes popping up. He changed ignition module and oil sensor then drove it home. Took it out about a week later.... car died... yet again had it towed home (thank goodness for towing coverage on my car insurance) been running it everyday for about 2 hours since (about a month now) can't find anything about this problem.. I'm scared to take it out now. And ideas?
NEW FUEL PUMP
NEW MAP SENSOR AND WIRING FOR IT
NEW IGINITION MODULE
NEW OIL SENSOR

HAS SPARK
HAS FUEL
HAS COMPRESSION

ARGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Check the ground wire underneath the ignition module bracket. Could also be issue with MAF sensor.
