2003 SS Transmission F&F change questions?

Default 2003 SS Transmission F&F change questions?
I am wanting to change my transmission fluid and filter this weekend. Does anyone know the fluid capacity of a 2003 Monte SS and also more importantly the torque specifications on the tranny pan bolts? Thanks for your help in advance.
