My Monte will make a metalic sounding clicking noise in the engine compartment on the passanger side by where you fill up the radiator fluid where the belt is when i start it up and that noise will continue for approximately 10 minutes like till the car warms up.

Something I noticed this morning is one of those wheels that part of the belt is wrapped around looks like it is wobbling, I was kinda wondering if that could be the cause of it.

It sounds like the clicking noise you're talking about is the alternator. I would definitely have it checked if any of the pulleys are wobbling. I had a '99 model. I hated it but I try to help anybody that has any questions. Hope this helps.
