Any one successfully swap a l67 in? I can’t use a 2004 monte carlo os because the 03 transmission pinout change. I used a 2000 or 2001 buick park ultra os, and I am gettin p1610 and p1604.


I had transmission work on a 2003 regal 4t65e like valve body/pump swap ,sensors and harness. 3.29 supercharged diff. Same sprocket ratio 1:1. Hardened 4th clutch hub, Heavy duty output shaft, and shift kit. All of this last fall.

I get a crank but no start, with the codes p1604 and p1610. Intake manifold pressure was 194kpa, and oil pressure read 0.

The bin was modified to have the gearing, final drive ratio, shift times, drive to driven sprocket ratio. And car doesn’t start. Disabled VATS, no 2 speed fuel pump.

I would like to stay in the l67 os by the way.
