I have a broken wire on my Antilock Brake System. One end of the wire plugs into the speed sensor by the wheel. The other end of the wire goes up, then thru the fenderwell where there is another connector near the firewall.

Hoping to repair the wiring. How do I remove the upper end? Do I remove the wire assembly/grommet thru the hole from the outer side of the wheelwell in, or from the inner side of the wheelwell out? Removed a horseshoe clip from the wheel side of the wheelwell but haven't tried to remove wire assy yet.
