Hi MCF,
I wondering if anyone has any recommendations on lubrication for the Sunroof runners on my Monte. It works good But the runners sound like the wheel of a shopping cart that has something stuck under it. And the track looks Very dry. Is there anything in particular that I should use to make it run smooth? Thanks for your input!

 

Hi JC, I tend to try and not create a grease trap in my tracks and use a dry silicone spray. Have read where the people have had great luck with the Honda Urea Grease as it is meant for metal to plastic, metal to metal contact. Good luck man. See link below:

Thanks Zippy, I will check that out. I don't want a grease trap in my tracks either. I use to be a Berger Flipper at McDonald's. I know what gets trapped in a Grease trap! Ewww! Lol

 

I've seen everyone else recommend white lithium grease

 

NEVER thought about White Lithium. And I actually have it in my trunk! Way Kowl!
